DyFram was created by March 2026 by Govlanes AI (Govlanes LTD). Govlanes was tired of seeing a static approach to something as dynamic as AI. Most of Govlanes AI projects got stalled because everyone kept asking the same question, how do we govern this deterministically?

DyFram’s primary mission was to contain the dynamism of AI, demistify AI risks, make AI Governance end to end computable, and most importantly so scalable such that AI governance becomes accessible to solo developers, small startups, mid size companies, enterprises, and large corps.
DyFram was built to built to be jurisdiction agnostic, sector aware, context aware, obligations computable, versioned, stable, improved without breaking, and architecturally brilliant.

DyFram starts by turning AI Governance problem into an engineering problem. This captures the true risk nature and gives jurisdictions a deterministic defensible output to work with.

Then jurisdictions use the output from the engnineering layer to assign determininstic obligations and governance consequences that corresponds with the risk signature.
Company/Users Layer
AI creators, builders, and governors get a structured actionable computed output that both shows them the true risk of their AI, the governance obligations and why they have those obligations.
